- 3 cans (15 oz) sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup or 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3 cups Kraft Jet-Puffed mini marshmallows.
Heat oven to 350 degrees, mash potatoes, butter and spice in a large bowl until well blended.
Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; top with marshmallows.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until potato mixture is heated all the way through and the marshmallows are lightly browned.
